- As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization’s sales strategies. Operating at the intersection of leadership and hands-on sales expertise, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional results and contribute significantly to our growth.

**Reporting Structure**: You will report to the Country Manager of Malaysia & Singapore.

**Job Scope and Responsibilities**
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for sales optimization.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, technical teams and customer support teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide valuable input to product development based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Oversee the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Minimum 8 years of work experiences as a sales manager
- Academic background: Food Technology graduate, Biology, Chemical Engineer, Nutrition is preferred but not necessary
