Prepare and execute dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
- Manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared efficiently and consistently.
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and hygiene practices are followed.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
- Assist in menu development, including testing new dishes and making improvements based on feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the Head Chef regarding stock needs.
- Ensure that all food preparation and storage meet the required safety and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Adapt to changing kitchen demands and maintain composure during busy service periods.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Chef de Partie** or **Demi Chef** in a high-volume restaurant or bistro.
- Strong knowledge of **Mexican cuisine** is a plus.
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

**Working Hours**:

- Tuesday to Sunday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Off Day: Monday

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Late shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
