Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a motivated Demi Chef to support our kitchen operations. The role is ideal for someone with solid culinary skills who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow within a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in running a designated section of the kitchen.
• Prepare ingredients, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard.
• Ensure mise en place is prepared and maintained during service.
• Support junior staff with training and guidance when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices at all times.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service operations.
• Assist in stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimizing waste.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Strong culinary knowledge and basic kitchen management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced service.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop into a Chef de Partie role.
• Food Safety & Hygiene Certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
