Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Chef to join our culinary team. The Production Chef will be responsible for preparing bulk quantities of food items while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency in high-volume production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food in large batches according to standard recipes.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portioning across all dishes.
  • Assist in planning and organizing daily production schedules.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage storage, and ensure proper food rotation.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in production areas.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet production deadlines.
  • Minimize food wastage through efficient preparation and portioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of kitchen or production cooking experience.
  • Strong knowledge of bulk cooking and portion control.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene Certification required or preferred.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
