
Technical Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
- Account and Expansion Planning: Working within an account team environment, develop and execute a strategic account expansion plan which includes both business and technical strategy to support Aptiv 8 IT Solutions revenue goals and delivers value aligned with the customer’s business initiatives (CBIs)
- Marketing and sales: Partner with the sales and marketing executives to create opportunities for promoting and selling the company’s Digital Twin Solutions and other FM products and services. Participates in tailored remote and/or on-site technical demos of the company’s solutions. These activities are critical for creating leads.
- Quotations: Work with the technical support team and technology solution partners to submit timely proposals and quotations to clients.
- Closure of Deals: This role is responsible for aligning with key customer stakeholders and solution partners to secure business and technical closure of the proposed solutions.
- Collaboration with technology solution partners: Develops and maintains trusted working relationships with the technology solution partners who are part of the integrated FM Solutions. This may include participating in Research/Demo or Pilot projects which advance the commercialization of these integrated FM solutiions.
- Internal Leadership: Shares best practices, innovation, and thought leadership within the company locally and regionally. Provides answers and shares knowledge on technical product as well as integration information
Minimum Qualifications
- A diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Building Services or Engineering fields is preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the Facilities Management environment (with asset Owners and FM companies). Experiences with BIM technology, IoT platform and Computerised Facilities Management Information System are highly valued.
- Good understanding of SaaS Technology and Sales
- Experience and ability to develop solutions on the Autodesk Forge platform is highly valued.
- A passion for technology especially in Digital Twin and AI/ML will be highly regarded. Ability to communicate complex solutions to clients is important.
