**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implementation and monitoring of company’s QHSSE system on board vessels
- Preparation of the vessel for external audits and inspections
- Assist department in company internal and external audits
- Conduct investigation and root cause analysis for accident/incident and near miss
- Maintain QHSSE related documentation on board and in office
- Regular visit to vessel to ensure the compliance to QHSSE standards
- Conduct crew safety training and promote safety awareness among the crew
- Support vessels in day to day operation in QHSSE related matter

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- ISM/ISPS Internal Auditor Certificate
- Experience as QHSSE supervisor/executive/superintendent with AHTS/DSV vessels preferred
- 1-2 years of working experience in shipping/marine handling QHSSE matters with AHTS/DSV vessels preferred
- Has basic understanding of both offshore and onshore operations
- Familiar with ISM code, ISPS code, STCW and MLC 2006 requirements
