The Senior Project Analytics is part of the Project & Controls group under the Project Services department and seconded to work in designated projects and tenders. The Senior Project Analytics should show initiative with a pro‐active hands‐on approach in his / her work. The Senior Project Analytics is required to ensure that the planning and reporting functions during project execution are developed, monitored and executed in accordance with company corporate standards. It is mandatory that the Senior Project Analytics is familiar with FPSO EPCCI activities in order to perform the role. Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling: Ensure the overall planning standard, WBS and other requirements and relevant project procedures are applied. Be familiar with Engineering & Project Management systems. Be familiar with Shipyard and fabrication yard activities. Develop Project schedules as instructed by the Lead Project Analytics. Assist in Preparation of mitigation/recovery schedules. Assist in pre‐commissioning and commissioning planning. Progress Measurement & Reporting: Monitor and update project progress in Primavera and Progress Measurement system. Organize and review Contractor's project progress reports, and support the Lead Project Analytics in monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting performance. Take assignments at module yards/shipyards during construction phases. Responsible for keeping the Contractor's manpower projection plan updated, and inform Project Controls team of any changes. Close cooperation with other departments to monitor progress for all phases of the project. Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports. Any Ad‐hoc work given by Project Controls Manager. Tender Support: Provide tender support to develop the high‐level schedule for business development prospects. Maintain historical data for EPCCI norms for use in bid proposals and future bench marking initiatives. QHSSE Duties – every employee shall: Take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or oversights; Not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for their health, safety and welfare; Report quality related problems and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area to the QHSSE department; Promote and take part in the QHSSE continuous improvement process. Qualifications Bachelor Degree preferably in engineering. Minimum 8 years' experience, preferably in the O&G sector. Be familiar with Engineering & Project Management systems. Be familiar with Shipyard and fabrication yard activities. Be familiar with Commissioning and Offshore operations.
