**Job Summary**:

- Execute FPSO Regulatory Compliance activities in operational level, Coastal and Local requirement stemming from Coastal and Local State from project execution, design, renew life extension, construction, commissioning until handing over to Operations Department.
- Organise and coordinate Brazilian authorities and client’s audits.
- Follow up, collect, acquire required Coastal and Local approvals, permits and consents to deliver regulatory-compliant FPSO.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Be point of contact with project disciplines and auditors while executing Regulatory Compliance Matrix (Coastal and Local).
- Reports functionally to Project Regulatory Compliance Manager and provide coverage during absence.
- Follow up with Regulatory Compliance team members in the management of the local regulatory compliance and permitting requirement.
- Assist Company Regulatory Compliance Manager, as necessary.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Follow up FPSO coastal and local requirement scope of work, and scope of work of regulatory consultant (as applicable)
- Establish and maintain applicable coastal and local requirement Library
- Fill, update and follow up Regulatory Compliance Matrix (coastal and local requirement)
- Interface with project disciplines and departments to fulfil coastal and local requirement
- Follow up and fulfill document review requirement for coastal and local requirement
- Follow up and monitor document review cycles to avoid VOs
- Ensure Regulator-required plans, documents, and reports are submitted for review
- Monitor with package managers and disciplines to initiate preparation of regulator required manuals and plans as per regulatory compliance matrix
- Communicate and support regulatory (coastal and local) action owners to ensure awareness of responsibilities in operational level
- Interface with project department and consultants to address regulatory compliance audit findings and non-conformances
- Liaise with Vendors to monitor equipment and modules' regulatory compliance certification status
- Assign disciplines and expedite closure of Regulator or Regulatory Consultant comments
- Monitor Regulatory Compliance Consultant service delivery and ensure deliverables in accordance with Regulatory Compliance Scope of Work (BRC design review & verification and audit)
- Collect, record and monitor acquisitions of required certificates, registers, documents required by the Regulators for hand-over to Operations Department

**QHSSE Duties**:

- Responsible for self and others who may be affected by their acts or oversights
- No interference with or misuse of material issued for health, safety, and welfare
- Report quality related problems and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area to the QHSSE department
- Promote and take part in the QHSSE continuous improvement process
