Lark Sales Operations and Enablement Team
The Sales Operations and Enablement team partners with our sales organization in developing sales strategies, driving process optimization, providing action-driven insights, improving sales effectiveness, and advancing cross-functional collaboration. We are the business partner and trusted advisor to help and empower the entire GTM organization to accelerate growth.

**Job Description**:
1. Business processes
(1) Maintaining process documents
(2) Participate in updates and improvements to existing processes
2. Sales and Marketing operations
(1) Support commercial team cadence - reporting needs
(2) Upkeep of dashboards
(3) Support ad-hoc reporting / analysis needs
3. Post-Sales support
(1) Generate weekly collections report
(2) Follow up on pending invoices
(3) Verify payment collected
1. Knowledge and basic experience with Microsoft Office tools, Excel is a must
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines

**3. Eager to learn new tools**: e.g. Salesforce and similar CRM tools, data visualization platforms
4. Knowledge / appreciation of SQL is a bonus but not a must have
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
