**Job Description**:
Sales

1. Estimation and Quotation preparation. Initial vetting of contracts as advised upon by the Head of Department.

2. Prepare and conduct joint review of monthly sales reports with Head of Department

3. Assist the Head of Department on live projects and real time client interaction

4. Carrying out other duties as may be entrusted by the Head of Department

Operations

1. Execute enquiry handling including submission of questionnaire, preparation of ATEA and quotation.

2. Prepare and follow up with customers on special quotation (re-audit, extension audit and etc.).

3. Assist Head of Department in carrying out day to day operations and other office activities.

4. Assist in follow up with customers on overdue payment.

5. Carry out any other duties as entrusted by the Head of Department

6. Training will be provided.

- Good communication skills
- Resourceful, fast learner and strong interpersonal skills
- Good proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Resilience to always go the extra mile
