Senior / Human Resources Executive

**Role Overview**:
The HR Executive / Senior HR Executive supports the Human Resources Division in the full spectrum of Human Resources function including daily HR operations but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and talent management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take charge of full spectrum of recruitment cycle and on-boarding.
- Conducts periodic pay surveys; schedules and conducts job evaluations; prepares pay budgets; monitors and schedules individual pay actions; recommends, plans, and implements pay structure revisions.
- Assist to maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
- Submit insurance claims and claims to various government agencies.
- Apply, manage and maintain training grants with statutory bodies.
- Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, WDA and various HR related surveys.
- Maintain and update employee’s records such as salary adjustment, bio-data.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Min 3 years of related experience in Construction Industry preferably
- Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Times Software would be an added advantage
