3. Manage the affairs of the human resources department, including training, performance, salary, employee relations, personnel basic work, etc., and be responsible for the work results of the human resources department.
4. Have a relatively comprehensive understanding of human nature, be familiar with human resource management in modern enterprises, master human resource management technology and management concepts, accumulate rich work experience in selection, use, education and retention, be familiar with relevant laws and regulations, and have their own unique views on the construction of human resources management system;
5. Deepen and publicize the company's corporate culture, and implement the corporate culture into the enterprise management system and management norms;
