Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Description**:

- Maintain human resource information system and records, ensure proper documentation of work procedures.
- Administer work pass and immigration issues.
- Administer employment related letters.
- Monitor and handle all re-employment and contract renewals.
- Responsible for resignation process and conducting exit interview.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, monitor completion and provide training, guidance and support.
- Assist with the annual wage supplement, bonus and annual incentive plans.
- Update and maintain the company organisation chart and job descriptions.
- Manage staff learning and development.
- Assist with employee relations and communications.
- Manage employee personnel files and ensure prompt updates.
- Review policies, regulations and procedures for improvements and statutory compliance.
- Provide support and coordination on any internal or external survey participated by HR.
- Participate in HR Projects
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business or Human Resource Management.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law
- Able to coordinate and motivate a team to achieve a common goal.
- Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
- Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Work well under pressure, make tough calls, and challenge the status quo.
- Strong personal organization, capacity to set priority and work according to a process
