- **Employee Relations**:Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- **Performance Management**:Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and implement development plans to enhance employee performance.
- **Training and Development**:Identify training needs, organize professional development programs, and facilitate continuous learning opportunities.
- **Compensation and Benefits**:Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- **HR Policy Development**:Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
- **Compliance**:Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of HR experience, with a focus on senior or managerial roles.
- Strong understanding of Singaporean labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
