In Singapore, ESG Hub has the mission of driving large-scale economic transformation in Singapore and the region associated with the green transition. Built on strong connectivity within local and regional markets, as well as with KPMG's Global and Regional ESG Centres of Excellence, the ESG Hub houses highly technical ESG competencies and brings together best practices, all of which are directed to the co-creation of shared value with our business partners and clients.

Within the ESG Hub, the decarbonisation and net zero professionals will take responsibility for defining KPMG's overall message on decarbonisation and net zero, driving a consistent global point of view across thought leadership papers, external marketing campaigns and communications to enhance KPMG's reputation as a climate services leader.

The decarbonisation and net zero team will also support functional professionals across audit, tax and advisory with proposals in this area through the bid stage and through delivery, helping member firms to drive pursuit execution, form a strategic response and pitch for our largest and most important opportunities globally, followed by delivery support where required.

**Job Requirements**:

- **To work with the Head of Alliances and Partner of ESG Hub to drive the strategic alliance function within KPMG with a focus on execution of the ESG Alliances strategy to help solve our clients' ESG problems and to build expertise and market presence quickly.**:

- **Our ESG Alliances strategy enables KPMG to achieve a competitive advantage by harnessing the capabilities, capital, insight and cross industry connections to originate and convert significant ESG opportunities. The ESG Alliances Leader will have an opportunity to form local partnerships with small expert firms particularly given the highly fragmentated and specialised nature of ESG professional services providers. They will also have an opportunity to leverage global partnerships to co-create new ESG tools and solutions and client offerings.**:

- **The ESG ecosystem consists of clients; academics and expert networks; government agencies; NGOs, foundations; specialist expert firms; data providers, and technology partners.**:

- **The role will be both client facing and internal, meeting with Tech and Non-Tech ESG alliance partners to help determine joint value propositions, go-to-market offerings & solutions, and to facilitate the integration of alliances into the Clients and Markets Industry teams.**:

- **The ESG Alliances Leader will build deep relationships with the individual KPMG alliance partners, and internal stakeholders in particular the ESG Solutions Director to explore ESG technology solution opportunities across existing Alliance partner networks, in particular the extension of Powered, Connected, Trusted portfolio. They will also work with client lead partners and the ESG GTM lead to develop ESG propositions in market with non-Tech alliance partners.**:

- **The ESG Alliances Leader will be involved in key multi-million dollar pursuits that involve alliance partnering and may attend selected KPMG Client Team meetings with strategic accounts to better understand where alliances can be positioned to drive sales and opportunities.**:

- **The ESG Alliances Leader will review the end to end alliance process, in conjunction with the wider Solutions and Client Industry process, and implement enhancements to streamline where appropriate. They will work on a day-to-day basis with the Alliance team to ensure all ESG Alliance related tracking and reporting is carried out effectively.**

- **At least 7 years experience in a sales or client-facing professional role, in a complex solution sales environment**:
