To assist Manager, Operations, PLS in performing planning preventive maintenance / inspection, commissioning and evaluation and repair &maintenance on biomedical equipment.

To work closely with all other department and contract service providers to ensure the proper repair and maintenance of equipment for safe and efficient operations.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Plan and execute timely preventive maintenance schedule
- To ensure proper repair and maintenance done by contract service providers
- Be involved in the joint commissioning of newly acquired equipment by the facility
- Assist in evaluation of new equipment intended to be purchased by the facility
- Perform call duties and respond to emergency breakdown call in an efficient and timely manner
- Assist in other duties of the Department and be involved in any special project as assigned
- To maintain good working relationship with all other departments.
- Comply with relevant national and international standards and performances established by the department
- Complete the assigned adhoc task within time frame.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma with 3-5 years’ experience or certificate or equivalent, with 3-5 years’ experience in electrical/ electronics from a recognized institution; preferably with biomedical engineering knowledge in hospital.
