**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Biomedical Engineering**Maintain and calibrate biomedical equipment to ensure performance and safety. Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize medical devices in collaboration with manufacturers or vendors. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance for biomedical equipment.
- **Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Systems**Work on integrating M&E systems with biomedical technologies. Support installation, testing, and upgrades of M&E systems related to medical equipment. Address technical issues in collaboration with contractors and facility teams.
- **Administrative Duties**Oversee procurement processes, including supplier coordination and purchase order management. Maintain detailed records for equipment inventory, maintenance logs, and compliance reports. Prepare technical documentation and regulatory submissions as required.
- **Project Coordination**Assist in planning and executing biomedical engineering projects. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to meet project deadlines and goals. Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions for equipment and systems.
- **Training and Support**Train end-users and medical staff on equipment use, safety protocols, and maintenance practices. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operational equipment issues.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or a related field. 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in biomedical engineering, including M&E systems.
- **Technical Skills**Proficiency in biomedical device maintenance and troubleshooting. Understanding of M&E systems integration with medical technologies.
- **Administrative Skills**Experience in inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor coordination. Proficiency in office software and basic ERP systems for record-keeping and reporting.
- **Additional Requirements**Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
