**As a Biomedical Technical Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Supervise the hospital’s daily operations and offer support to on-duty technicians regarding biomedical equipment issues.
- Compile biomedical reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data and trends.
- Enhance professional expertise through continued education, reading technical literature, and networking within the field.
- Assess new biomedical equipment by performing tests to ensure safety, efficiency, and suitability for use.
- Oversee quality control and risk management activities, including maintaining high operational standards and conducting acceptance tests.
- Act as a technical expert for resolving complex engineering or equipment-related issues.
- Mentor and guide Managing Agent personnel on communication skills, problem resolution, and customer service best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Higher National ITE Certificate (Higher NITEC) in Engineering discipline and above.
