Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

**Responsibilities**

Our Operations team moderate millions of videos globally every day, ensuring we are bringing only safe content to our users. Workflow Management builds and optimizes moderation business processes, monitoring performance and continuously looks for areas to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of safety.

**What will I be doing?**
- Responsible for the internal business work-flow optimization, optimize internal business processes by collecting and analyzing problems in business implementation.
- Build workflow strategy, platform design, queue design to improve performance and efficiency in business
- Promote the continuous and iterative development of strategies requirements through communication and cooperation with the relevant operation team, algorithm team, and R&D team.
- Monitor, improve on the day and short term moderation performance through various, process and efficiency tactics

**Qualifications**

**What should I bring?**
- Good logical and structural thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable using data to analyze performance and using insight to drive performance - Safety and moderation related work experience preferred.
- Previous experience in an Operations role within a BPO / Social Media / Call center environment - experience with Content Moderation / Safety would be an advantage
