Team Lead, Safe Operations, Trust and Safety Compute

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience building scaled operations, efficient workflow design, operations management, process documentation, or similar.
- 2 years of experience in people management.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience crafting compelling narratives intended to influence internal and external stakeholders, as well as presenting to senior executives in the organization.
- Knowledge of data analysis, problem solving, and efficient execution.
- Ability to solve unstructured business problems, and work with cross-regional and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate policy concepts, and deliver influential communications for senior audiences.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage review operations and enforcement strategies applicable to Google Play’s policies.
- Drive alignment and strengthen partnership with senior stakeholders across Trust and Safety and other cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Legal).
- Incorporate principles into approach, with the objective of identifying and mitigating risks upstream.
- Demonstrate core process knowledge of building operations, efficient workflow design, and consistent outcomes.
- Identify priorities and allocate work across the team, while owning accountability for impact and results.
