Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
The Partnership Management team at Trust and Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of the extended workforce across the region. The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing on-boarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe.

As the Head of Trust & Safety Operations, Partnership Management, you will be responsible for leading a team and managing end-to-end oversight of the global BPO programs.

**What will I be doing?** ** - You will be designing and driving the T&S BPO business strategy, which can support business needs both at the current stage and in the future.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally across teams within T&S (Policy, Quality Assurance, etc.), and outside of T&S (Products, Data, etc.) to ensure strategy and objectives are aligned and performance execution is up to expectation.
- You will build positive relationships through on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication with Partner organizations at the executive level as well as at the site level.
- You will identify risks and solve cross-functional and inter-team challenges.
- You are responsible for developing and coaching the overall Partnership Management team globally.

**Qualifications**

**What should I bring with me?** ** - You come with at least 15 years in operations and 10 years of experience in vendor management in the social media/high tech industry.
- You possess at least 5 years of experience as a people manager.
- You have worked in the Content Moderation field for at least 3 years with a global scope.
- You are able to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners and influence at multiple levels of an organization.
- You are passionate about the Internet/Entertainment/Media industry, as well as quality assurance work related to internationalization.
- You have proven knowledge and cultural background globally, and the ability to understand sensitive content and topics.
You are a team player with superior verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to grasp new concepts efficiently and perform well under pressure.
- You have the ability to work under high pressure and keep a positive and forward-thinking attitude.
