**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies tailored to the Singapore, Thailand and Philippine market.
- Identify growth opportunities by analysing local market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry leaders, and potential clients or partners.
- Oversee the creation and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns
- Lead the preparation of proposals, pitches, and presentations for major stakeholders and partners.
- Guide the digital transformation of marketing efforts, ensuring the brand achieves a strong online presence through social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze metrics related to business growth and marketing performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Represent the organization at conferences, events, and other platforms to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the Philippine market.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Juris Doctor is a plus).
- Extensive experience in business development, marketing, or customer relations roles
- Proven ability to lead teams and execute strategies that drive significant business growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management.
