**Responsibilities**:

- Handle appointment bookings, walk in enquiries, phone calls enquiries relating to services / products / purchases.
- Provide administrative support e.g. cashiering, daily sales entry into system, daily and monthly sales related report submission, Customer’s data entry into system, accounting for stock level inventory, record/collate customer’s feedback on product/new launch/promotion.
- Stocks level inventory, stocks ordering, control and maintain of incoming, outgoing stocks, manage stock order invoices and monthly stock closing.
- Participate in regular team discussion/meeting brainstorming on Sales improvements and initiatives
- Manage the front desk operations of customers' inflow and outflow.
- Deliver product knowledge to potential clients through effective communication to increase consumer understanding.
- Proactively build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Respond to online and walk in inquiries with a pleasant attitude
- Manage and maintain the work area tidiness and cleanliness.
- Decisively resolve issues, appropriately escalating issues to mitigate in future
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Higher Nitec certificate
- Good command of written and spoken English
- At least 1 year of experience with Customer service and/or front desk/receptionist preferred
- Able to maintain a professional behavior when communicating with customers
- Able to multi-task and work independently

**Remuneration**
- 10 - 14 days Annual Leave
- 13th month Bonus
- Performance Bonus (according to performance level)
- 44 hours per work week
- OFF on Public Holidays
- OFF on Birthday
- No OT required
- Positive working environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
