- In Charge the administrative support to the Company
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline the processes
- Organize and schedule internal / external meetings and company events and for sales person
- Main liaison with the workers on all admin matters
- Implement administrative related policies
- Maintain proper filing system
- Plan and Coordinate meetings for sales department/ managers with key clients
- Requisition and maintenance of office suppliers and consumables
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma holders in related field
- Require experience in a similar role
- 5.5 days work week
- Ability to communicate workers well
- Experience in working in Construction/ Manufacturing Industry is a bonus
- Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Meticulous with good organizational and research skills
- Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
