Three main roles of the Volunteer Executive, growing the volunteer pool, brokering partnerships between community partners, and strengthening volunteer management capabilities.

DESIGNATION : Volunteer Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
**Managing Volunteers and Programmes**

Volunteer Recruitment
- Assist in recruitment and managing inquiries
- Provide administrative and logístical support

Stakeholder Engagement and Management
- Foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Volunteer Data Management
- Assist in collecting and managing data
- Maintain volunteer database and related administrative documentation.

Volunteer Programme Management and Evaluation
- Assist and assess volunteer programs.

Volunteer Learning and Development
- Support in volunteer learning and development programmes

Volunteer Retention and Engagement
- Support, engage and retain volunteers

**Other Responsibilities & Duties**
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minium Diploma in relevant field of study.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience in volunteer management and community partnerships in a non-profit organisation.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Good organizational skills and a strong team player.
- Good administrative and computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, pleasant and resourceful personality.
- Passionate about Volunteerism and some experience in Marketing.
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of professionals from the public and private sectors, volunteers and residents.
