**Primary Objectives of Position**:
This new headcount to support both HPCS and SCH. It will be combination of both admin and operations work for both services.

The Admin Assistant provides administrative support to ensure good governance to both services, in alignment with the organisational strategy of efficiency and transparency.

**Job responsibilities**

The Admin Assistant (Registry) shall
- be responsible for the administrative duties related to HPCS billing, attendance updating, maintaining proper documentation of clients HMTS, procument and to support any other administrative and operations work
- The job to include in the coordination of means testing, intake and discharge, fee verification and muster reporting of HPCS.
- To support existing admin executive in undertaking the monthly billing of all HSC services (during maternity leave and in any other absence).
- To maintain and protect confidential client records in accordance to prevailing guidelines.
- To support SCH in keeping tracks of any facilities issues related work, in contacting contactors and following up on the completion of work and related payments.
- To support SCH in any other facilities - creation and regular upkeep of the 3 storeroom inventory.
- To support SCH in any other administrative reports related to nursing, social work, admin and prog dept.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Contribute to continuous process improvement in both HPCS and SCH functions.
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or AWWA management.

**Job Specifications**

***Minimum Education / Qualifications**
- O level / Higher NITEC in Accounting or Business Studies
- Other relevant qualifications

**Knowledge/Skills**
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint

**Attributes (functional or leadership competencies)**:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Meticulous, with a keen interest in data
- Effective communication skills
- Adaptable, works well in a team and independently
