Human Resource Executive

We are expanding, looking for someone who can grow with the company over long term.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will work with HR team in handling full spectrum of HR operations and administration duties, which include but not limited to:
- recruitment & interview
- onboarding & off boarding
- work pass related matters
- claims reimbursement & leave records
- monthly attendance & payroll closing
- incident reporting & insurance claim submission
- foreign worker accommodation
- MOM compliance
- staff training course registration
- staff benefits & welfare
- staff engagement
- other duties as assigned by the supervisor and management
**Requirements**:
- Meticulous & proactive
- Familiar with MOM regulations
- Familiar with Infotech System (Infopay, TMS, E-Claim, E-Leave, Mobile Attendance, E-Appraisal) an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- **Work pass holder not suitable**
