IP Services Presales Principal is responsible for providing pre-sales support in IP services by working with RBC BDM & Customer Account Team to propose, and close both existing and new services opportunities.
The IP Services Presales Principal will be responsible for the development of the project scope and the development of the proposals.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Providing advanced presales & tender support for IP services opportunities.
- Participating in client calls with BDM and CAT.
- Developing overall service offer including high-level proposal, statement of work, and bills of materials.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners & customers.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment.
- Maintain professional relationships with teammates, partners and clients.
**Qualifications**
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience
- Degree or related experience and/or training -3 years minimum experience with Nokia IP technologies - Demonstrated experience in service presales preferred

- Ability to effectively identify client service requirements.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team sales effort, and to successfully operate in a flexible, virtual operating environment.
Specific
- Experience with Nokia IP solutions is a plus.
- Experience with Service pre sales capacity is required.
