**We will count on you to**:

- Communicate and deliver full multinational strategic advice for large complex global programmes which are emanating from Singapore.
- Involvement in all global tenders and defensive/retention reviews to ensure that multinational advisor services are properly articulated and utilized.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of the ‘outgoing’ Multinational portfolio in the country across all segments, and identify and drive the changes required to improve retention and growth.
- Articulate the value of Multinational and its value proposition to clients and prospects, and ensure that this is applied consistently.
- Drive Marsh Multinational’s digital strategy to ensure full execution and usage
- Build a strong relationship with all service offices.
- Support country efforts to improve client retention, and to meet retention targets in the ‘outgoing’ Multinational portfolio;
- Strategic carrier engagement.
- Advice on structure of global programmes with complex regulatory issues, working closely with the regional and global Insurace, Regulatory and Tax (IRT) team for support.
- Development, sales and delivery of ad-hoc multinational client projects of value including International Risk Reviews,
- Escalation of service issues within the Marsh Network and with Insurers.
- Raise Multinational Advisory profile externally through conferences, publications and other media channels
- Development of knowledge management and marketing material (including case studies) to evidence a clearly differentiated multinational value proposition and service offering for both Internal and External audiences
- Attend and participates in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company and Marsh Multinational brand.
- Works to ensure all managed accounts are in good standing and addresses escalated issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner so as to ensure operational excellence and relationship satisfaction.

**What you need to have**:

- Multinational experience in the insurance industry
- Strong working knowledge of global programmes and international regulation around insurance
- Awareness of Clients’ business and their business issues
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
