**What can you expect?**
The core objective of this role is to manage a major Key Multinational Account for the organization which will be managed from within the Asia region. There will be a focus on both retention and expansion of this existing client as well as acquisition of new business from within this conglomerate. The Regional Multinational Client Manager is a newly established role for the organization to provide our largest clients with a seasoned and globally experienced Client Manager who is able to bring the best of the Company together to serve our largest clients with a key focus on prospects that will generate significant annual revenue. The role forms part of a wider regional team including Chief Client Officers, Industry Leaders, Multinational Experts and Product Line Specialists. The role will be supported by Hub Teams across Asia, with key support provided by Hong Kong and Singapore based staff, managed by the country Multinational Segment Leader.
**We will count on you to**:
- Focus on growth and prospecting of the specific key account.
- Support the countries develop and manage this major account by becoming the primary client manager as the complexity and size of the account merits.
- To be seen as a regional resource as one of a pool of experienced multinational client managers that represent the strongest client servicing value proposition available in Asia.
- Ensure engagement of various parts of the organization including Industry, Specialty, Advisory, Mercer Marsh Benefits and the One Enterprise Teams for the benefit of this multifaceted and complex key account.
- Deliver world class client service.
- Lead and drive relationship development with senior level decision makers within the client organization.
- Provide and drive clear communication with Client Executive, Placement, Advisory and Management teams.
- Be actively involved in offensive RFPs for this key prospect.
- Contribute in the development of multinational client servicing models for scaling across the rest of the region and beyond.
**What you need to have**:
- More than 15 years professional services and client industry experience, with a record of driving retention and growth directly with clients, especially at the executive level. Chemical or LifeScience experience for this role is preferred.
- Influencing and Persuading skills with the ability to drive activities and growth across various areas of the organization.
- Dedication to quality in all aspects of your work performance and client services, with a passion for excellence
- Solution focused approach and attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; a team player who naturally maintains solid working relationships with colleagues and other relevant stakeholders
- Outstanding communication style; able to effectively associate with various audiences, adapting your approach as appropriate. Sound listening and comprehensive skills a must.
- Commitment to professionalism and providing high-level client service to exceed client expectations
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage a fast-paced workload
