1. Work closely with the factory manager in ensuring that all production processes are well executed in accordance with the factory’s SOPs and operational work flows

2. Assist in ensuring that the factory is kept and maintained at the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness at all times

3. Plan and forecast out the monthly production schedule based on the monthly projected output.

4. Supervise and provide adequate training for newly-joined staff/worker as per factory’s SOP

5. Conduct stock take

6. Purchase all factory raw ingredients/equipment/indirect consumable items at the best competitive price. (Engage in price negotiations with suppliers and pro-actively seeking for cost saving initiatives)

7. Ensure that all goods are delivered in a timely manner and in a good condition.

8. Conduct preventive maintenance for all the factory equipment and facilities as per maintenance schedule

9. Document all incoming and outgoing factory inventory items

10. Responsible for R&D projects assigned. Define and understand project goals, assist in ideas and solutions, generate and implement experimental plans, sourcing, conduct trials & testing, data analysis, follow up projects progress, timeline and propose for next steps

11. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
2. At least 1-3 year(s) of experience in production department preferably in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food production or food processing industry

3. Able to work together and motivate while exercising good control over production team

4. Must have a good working attitude, good safety and GMP compliance knowledge

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Pro-active and a team player

7. Proficient in MS Office

8. Knowledge in machineries maintenance will be a plus point

9. Willing to work at Chin Bee

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
