This opportunity is with one of the world's largest independent electronic component distributors. We are currently looking for Technical Sales Executive with Semi-Conductor industry experience to join our team in Asia.
Ideally with some knowledge / experience with semiconductor distributor / brokering, we are looking for young, hungry, aggressive, adaptable people who are keen to develop sales and quickly grow revenue.
- Drive franchise business revenue growth in key customers to achieve revenue and margin goals in assigned region.
- Develop and track strategic partnership with diverse customers to achieve business goals and executional plan among the customer, franchise brands and the company.
- Engage both customer engineering and component teams, using sales and technical capability to investigate, specify, design and drive demand for a wide range of franchise products.
- Creates new customer accounts by identifying potential leads, prospective, planning and organising sales call schedule, customer visits, relationship building, compiling quotations, and taking sales opportunities from design to order fulfilment.
- Understand business challenges, market trends and to position and recommend products technology/services to solve them.
- Able to present Technical & Commercial presentation to customers.
- Regular business review with Rebound Franchise and Customers on activities
- Any other assignment
**Prerequisites and skills needed**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics.
- Working knowledge about Electronic components technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills - Internal / External, verbal, and written English. Able to converse in Chinese be an additional plus.
- Strategic Selling approach and business acumen.
- Relentlessly inquisitive to identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Proactive, open minded, flexible, energetic, and continuous learner.

**Experience**:
- Sales Executive: 2 years (preferred)
