Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis of HR data (e.g. attrition), employee survey feedback, and preparation of related presentation decks
- Prepare staff movement and other HR reports
- Support the planning/organisation of staff engagement activities/events
- Support HR operations (e.g. screening of job applicants)
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Good communication skills
