We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our team and implement various human resources programs. What is an HR Manager? To us, an HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. You will work with regional teams in managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, and talent management to support individual business leader. The job of HR Manager is important to business success. **Responsibilities**:

- Strategic HR advisory and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Manage end to end the employee life cycle from end to end, including but not limited to: payroll, on & off-boarding, work pass, relocation, HR data, employee engagement.
- Support any other duties as assigned by business leader

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as HRBP or Senior HR Executive in finance, internal, fintech, consultancy field would be advantageous
- Hands-on experience in HR operations & software (Payroll, Work Pass, HRIS)
- Experience in developing clear and fair company policies
- People oriented, problem-solving skills and results driven
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Proceed with an attitude of going extra mile to help the organization succeed
