Modern Desktop Management Sme/engineer

Extensive experience working with modern device management solutions majorly with Intune (MEM) administrator to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client for their end points. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in Implementation, Consulting, administration, deployment of the modern end point management & device provisioning for Autopilot including C0-management.

Technical Skills & Roles:

- MEM Understand inhouse developed traditional Windows 10 build creation & maintenance processes thoroughly.
- Plan an Operating System deployment strategy using MECM and Intune AutoPilot to implement both Imageless solution as well as hardware independent custom images to support multiple hardware types and OS architectures, perform Windows upgrades, driver management, and the certification of new hardware devices.
- Maintain and support existing legacy environment and solutions throughout the migration.
- Implement solutions using MECM and Intune to build and maintain virtual desktops in Azure with custom images.
- Manage endpoint profiles throughout the enterprise from design to deployment and steady state.
- Enhance forward-looking standards and solutions using MECM and Intune to simplify deployment of windows, security, and third-party updates in timely manner to all devices globally including on-prem, cloud-based as well as remote internet-based.
- Migrate on-prem Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager infrastructure to Azure and handle in-place upgrades to latest Current Branch.
- Provide health and performance insights as well as trend analysis using Azure monitoring, endpoint analytics etc.
- Identify system problems and develop innovative solutions to improve processing efficiency and stability.
- Troubleshoot L3 issues and provide resolutions.
- Create supporting documentation for various audiences.
Qualifications and Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Infrastructure.
- 7+ years of experience in end point design and management leveraging SCCM/MECM and Intune with proven experience in Windows 10 Deployment: In-place upgrade, OS refresh and replace.
- Experience with traditional Windows build creation and OS deployment processes.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot as a modern OS deployment solution with strong understanding of the mechanics and processes for developing end to end provisioning processes through MS Intune including images, software deployment, and patching.
- Experience with co-management (Intune + SCCM / MECM) as part of modern device management transformation.
- Understanding of Azure cloud platform, Microsoft 365, Active Directory concepts and secure token services such as ADFS, Certificates etc., network protocols/services and network infrastructure.
- Proficiency with automation via PowerShell or equivalent software development skills and experience using source code tools to store code, scripts, and configurations (e.g., Git, GitHub, etc.)
- Experience managing small projects and leading initiatives with mínimal direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to multi-task and be creative and innovative in a dynamic, fast paced team environment.
- Flexible to attend late night meetings regularly and work during US business hours as required.

- Capable of analyzing requirements and manage\troubleshoot as per project defined process

- Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Qualification:

- Somebody who has at least 4+ years of work experience in MEM & Intune Consulting/Implementation, Autopilot, and other modern device management methods with 7+ years of IT
