What this job involves
The D&C Regional Operations lead will report to the regional D&C Performance and Technology Lead and supports the D&C team regionally and globally with the continuous improvement on efficient operational activities to meet Regional execution team and Global operations team aligned goals and objectives. Focused on the APAC region the role will be responsible for working with the regional D&C leads to align, prioritise and deliver to regional activities. Includes the performance management the D&C operations team members in region, in a matrix management format with D&C Operations Global team leads.
**Key Team Responsibilities**:
KPI Leadership (Customer Satisfaction) D&C Reporting Management - Region Knowledge Management Team Training & Onboarding Document Management Playbooks & Guidance Technology, Tools & Data Global Programs Support and Change Management SPOC for RE&F Internal Partners (DART, RIC) and key external stakeholders. Stakeholder Management First Stakeholder point of contact for D&C External Partners for non-CAPEX projects Project Management support for Non-Capex D&C specific projects and initiatives
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the Client’s business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services. Contribute to and Deliver regional/global initiatives and programs aligned with D&C team leadership (Regional & Global). Propose & implement improvements and lead by example to strengthen standard adoption. Drive development and implementation of best practices, in line with leadership objectives and change governance to support awesome Capital Program delivery. Lead D&C Operation regional team of specialists, analysts and coordinators teams to ensure the correct balance between regional and global priorities. Recruitment, performance management and development of your teams, including close liaison with delivery team leads to support consistently program delivery. Ensure team delivers objectives to meet client & stakeholder needs & expectations. Develop, Implement and drive routines with the Project execution and Operations Team to support Consistency, Compliance and Continuous improvement to adhere to our KPIs & SLAs, including but not limited to Close-out SLAs, Document Control Compliance, Financial Close out, Data quality, Contractual performance monitoring & reportingand other as applicable. Through the T&P teams and PC teams, represent D&C team to support innovation, knowledge sharing, best practice development and implementation into BAU to drive Technology and Performance, collaboration and one team approach in the Global Real Estate and Facilities team. Use and promote technology systems, including Clarizen development, to support and enhance service delivery, monitor performance for effectiveness and compliance. As part of one team continuous improvement, pro-actively develop and support routines for auditing, reporting and evaluation of key process and tools to identify gaps & risk, drive best practice innovations, streamline cross-functional collaboration and breaking down of silos, to drive effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery with Delivery teams, SSC and the wider real estate and facilities team where required. Acting as a point of escalation and facilitate challenge resolution. Act as a key player to implement the “One team approach”. Ensure all standard operating procedures and processes are up to date. Innovate & simplify by being pro-active to identify issues or opportunities to streamline and improve. Ensuring all functions are delivered in region to meet expectations and drive consistency, compliance & continuous improvement.
