Summary

Overall Purpose and Objective of Position

**Must be authorized to work for all Singaporean employers.**

This position is accountable for timely and accurate submission, coordination, review, and printing of export documentation for all edible oil shipments. This will require positive, thoughtful interaction with external ocean carriers, inspectors, and internal execution teams to successfully perform the documentation process positioning C&D as the top provider of clean on time documents to buyers globally.

Main Responsibilities

Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by his supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Track, trace, submit, review, print, and deliver electronic documents for all shipments including but not limited to Ocean bills of lading, Insurance, analysis report, and other certifications.
- Communicate directly with warehouses, ocean carriers, and agents on behalf of C&D.
- Collaborate with both internal and external sources to resolve issues and maintain committed relationships.
- Assist with developing standard operating procedures from initial shipment to printing documentation.
- Coordinate with other team members to improve the documentation process and place C&D as the leader of automating and communicating electronic documentation globally.
- Maintain confidential information.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (including any physical demands)

The following are the basic qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and eye for catching discrepancies in documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time.
- Broad range of computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft programs, especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio will be beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels.

Required Languages
- English (Fluent)
- Chinese (preferred)

Required Education

The following is the basic qualification: Associates or Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred.
