Key responsibilities Maintain a quality Forward Curves for the desk/team you are aligned to (light-ends/middle distillates/Fuel/FFA); update and mark values. Be a key contributor to the revenue for the desk. Business Development – make contact with potential clients to develop new business prospects. Maintain relationships with existing clients. Drive market research for the desk and feed into the reports for the internal and external stakeholders. Develop a training module and conduct training for Juniors in the team as well as other internal stakeholders on a periodic basis. Guide and train juniors on the desk, be responsible for their growth within the team. Applicant pre-requisites About 3 years of working experience in physical and/or swaps brokering, as relevant. Strong understanding of all aspects of physical oil trading business – operations, refining processes and transactions. A strong and active clientele base. Strong hold on basic numerical skills. Swift and accurate. Driven, able to motivate juniors and is a team player. Familiar with Bloomberg /Eikon Terminal/Platts. Able to work across Asian/European market hours.
