**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead product development/customise solutions for customers of consumer-pack edible oils and specialty fats (e.g., bakery fats, frying oils, margarine, shortening, etc.) industries.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and procurement teams to optimize product performance, cost, and quality.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform product strategies.
- Provide technical support to sales and Commercial and Product QC team.
- Ensure products meet regulatory, health, and sustainability standards.
- Drive innovation in functionality, packaging, and health-oriented reformulation.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Oils & Fats Technology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consumer-pack edible oils or specialty oils & fats in both bulk and container shipping operations.
- Have some direct hands-on experience in Production and Logistics planning, Sales forecasts to maximize plant capacity utilization.
- Possess good product knowledge and have experience in product sales into both local and destination markets.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or trade shows.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
