StriveX is partnering with a Regional Bank who is seeking for a Head of Operations to join their leadership team. This is an experienced hire who should possessed strong experience in managing the multi facets of Banking Operations, including Trade & Lending, Treasury, Payment & Remittance and general Operations governance and control.

You will play a crucial role in providing the strategic lens of the Operational know-how within the bank, reviewing and introducing best practice to optimise their workflow and processes. In addition, this person will be reviewing the bank’s operational policies and procedures, implementing controls for operational gaps and ensuring compliance with regulations.
