**Roles & Responsibilities***:
**Financial management**
- Accounting, financial reporting and tax submissions for Berg Propulsion Pte Ltd in accordance with group policy and legal requirements.
- Contribute towards improvement of the business profitability and cash flow. To provide relevant and useful financial input into the business strategy development and key business activities.
- Develop and enhance a strong financial compliance environment and to ensure that behavior is consistent with control requirements.
- Responsible for the company’s compliance with applicable government and/or state laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.

**HR**
- Manage payroll process for employees including submissions to authorities.
- Ensure compliance with business objectives, legal requirements andaccording to the corporate policies and guidelines.
- Participate in recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with the employment laws, corporate governance and Berg Propulsion guiding principles.
- Align HR strategies for talent management and employee engagement from recruitment, learning and development, performance management, motivation, compensation and benefits, retention as well as people development and succession planning.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or professional Accounting / Financial qualification.
- 5-10 years working experience in the related field.

**Job requirement**:

- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, communications & presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to take up new challenges.
- Team player and but also be able to work independently and keen to learn.
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
