Our client, a leading player in the e-commerce industry, redefining online marketplace worldwide is looking to hire a **APAC CRM Associate Manager (12 months contract)** to develop and run CRM Lifecyle programs for the APAC region.

The role involves developing a strategy and rollout schedule for initiatives and experiments in collaboration with Merchant Marketing and Consumer Marketing teams in each country.
The objectives include retaining and upselling existing paying sellers and resurrecting churned paying sellers.
Collaboration with the Product team is necessary to develop CRM flows that drive greater adoption of product features for paying sellers.

The responsibilities includes managing CRM operations for the Malaysia and Philippines market, providing advisory on key market metrics and campaign performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to established workflows and optimizing local CRM campaign operations.

To qualify for this role:

- Self-driven and passionate about marketing and CRM.
- Proven track records with data analysis is important for making data-informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills are required to collaborate with multiple teams across different countries.
- A strong team player, able to work collaboratively while also independently delivering timely results.
- Effective and confident communication skills are essential for this role.
