**About The Role**
- You will be part of the team that is building the best customer journey for the top smile cosmetics company in Southeast Asia. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the execution and planning of our CRM efforts - driving conversion, retention, engagement and reactivation with Zenyum.

You will be supporting the CRM team in their strategy and execution of growth and retention initiatives such as crafting journeys and building automated CRM communication flows. You will also be dedicated to increasing and managing the assortment of features.

You will build sales and marketing customer journeys to improve the customer purchase experience. Through this role, you will understand customer lifecycle management and experience live experimentation through A/B testing methodologies. You will have the chance to work across 9 geographies working in a Headquarter role.

**We are looking for an ambitious CRM Associate to**:

- Build customer journeys & segmentation on CRM Content Builder tool.
- Drive the execution of journeys & campaigns by collaborating with local marketing teams and HQ creative teams.
- Assist the team with campaign design and analysis of data for both pre and post-campaign analysis and conduct regular updating of CRM communication across channels. Conduct A/B testing on journeys to improve open rate, click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Ensure best practices and guidelines are followed for cross channel campaigns to implement growth strategies and improve all channel performances across the region.
- Perform day-to-day operational, admin and system support.
- This role will be for a period 3- 6 months.

- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Braze, Segment and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator will be preferred.
