Overview:
The CRM Admin is responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a day-to-day basis. He/She will serve as a resource to the entire APAC with regards to the following areas
- Ensuring data is correctly entered
- Providing central point of contact for all change request
- Creating or updating training manuals
- Provide help-desk support for all system users
- Build custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions
- Provisioning all new users, providing system training
- Importing and exporting of data as required
- Work with IT to ensure smooth roll out of projects and functions
- Manage and support CPQ functionality
**Responsibilities**:
SFDC Admin
- Manage SFDC user accounts - onboard and offboard
- Work with local admins to provide basic user training for APAC users
- Provide data upload support e.g pricebook and products
- Troubleshooting and create and follow up service request when needed
Marketing Functions
- Uploading of campaign members
- Conversion of leads to contacts when needed
Analytics
- Support reports and dashboard requirements in the region
- Build robust analytics and reporting for the regions to monitor
- Clean up outdated reports and dashboards
Data integrity in SFDC
- Duplicate accounts
- Overdue Opportunities and tasks
Work with Global team to ensure roll out of all change releases
- Testing in QA
- CPQ
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post graduate in business, communications or a related field
- Life science/Clinical diagnostic background is a plus.
- Experience of managing CRM (1-3 years)
- Experience of database and spreadsheet analysis
- Ability to work well independently as well as in collaborative groups
- Strong proficiency with CRM databases
- Skilled at communicating and sharing knowledge throughout the organization
- Good communication skills
- Committed to provide excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail
