**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible for day-to-day general admin duties INCLUDING Daily Orders / Delivery arrangement / Stocks / Inbound
- Sales order processing and issuing invoice with CRM system
- Reply customer enquiries that related orders / exchange / deliveries / quotations
- Keeping track of product expiry dates
- Monitoring the stocks balance and managing stocks position in excel
- Ensure accurate documentation and good filing system by organizing and records for delivery order, purchase orders and other documentation
- Any call in troubleshoot, please inform and put details in WhatsApp group chat
- Download Service report from CRM and send to customer who ask for it
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ level with related working experience in Admin and Inventory control
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Possess initiative with ability to multitask and prioritize work
