**Sr Business Process Analyst / Mgr, Customer Service Ops**: - Experience Level: Manager- Job Type: Full-Time- Location: Singapore - Singapore, SG- Requisition ID: 3610**Summary** Reporting to the Director of Global Customer Service Operations, this position is considered a key change agent within Qorvo's Order to Cash workstream. The BPM is the person responsible for end-to-end Change Project Management, beginning with requirements gathering, sign-off and prioritization, including timely development and testing as well as roll-out and training. The OTC BPM works with external and internal customers (mainly the Sales Business Support team, Finance, Global Planning, and Logistics) to gather and document clear and concise requirements for change and/or improvement. Change drivers and priorities range from urgent customer demands and ERP production fixes to proactive, lean process improvements. In this role this person acts as the key contact to IT with respect to SAP/ERP system and other systems for the OTC work stream. Process improvements and changes are not limited to SAP. Workflows, procedures, and other interfaces are also in scope of the OTC system. **Essential Job Functions** - Drives change management and other improvement projects related to Qorvo's OTC business processes. - Works in conjunction with other CS Ops Managers to prioritize, develop and execute test plans to support change requests. - Provides ROI/Value analyses to help project prioritization - Balances WIP of open requests to optimize workflow and minimize closure cycle. - Communicates the status and actions on change requests to peers and other stakeholders. - Tracks all open CRs to ensure timely execution and implementation. Reports regularly on progress and escalates issues as needed to get decisions made and projects on track. - Develops and tracks metrics to monitor project closure success rate, cycle times, and other key metrics. - Lead and manage the OTC CR Implementation team (Initially 1 direct report and cross-matrixed in the Sales Business Support team) **Knowledge and Skills** - Experience in multiple aspects of Order to Cash business operations is an advantage to approach recommendations and solutions in a wholistic manner. - Willing to challenge existing processes, develop unique solutions to problems deploying out-of-the-box thinking and influence others to build consensus with internal and external partners. - Ability to manage and participate in complex global and regional projects, as assigned. - Ability to develop positive working relationships at various levels of the organization and work in a team environment to accomplish a shared goal. - Experience reviewing complex data (e.g. high volume transactions), identifying trends and initiating improvement actions, and effectively communicating it to all levels of the organization. *** **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Bus Admin, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related areas with at least 5 years of experience with an ERP system such as SAP (preferred) or Oracle in a high volume and/or semiconductor environment, preferably within the scope of "Sales and Distribution" - Experience should not only be transactional but include a clear understanding of underlying system capabilities, interfaces, upstream and downstream dependencies - Minimum 3 years experience/proven ability to lead projects end-to-end from concept to closure, preferably within an IT Change Mgt and Release structure and preferably within the "Order to Cash" Workstream - Highly proficient at MS Office Suite software (Word, Excel, etc.) and Project tracking tools - Language to support applicable regions in Asia Pacific for customers in China and Taiwan: US (English), Singapore (English, Mandarin, etc.) - Some travel for requirements gathering and training required MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO We are Qorvo.
