**Sr Business Systems Analyst**: - Experience Level: Individual Contributor- Job Type: Full-Time- Location: Singapore - Singapore, SG- Requisition ID: 5931**Summary** Become part of future technology footprint and solutions roadmap that will enable Qorvo to achieve strategic business objectives and be a critical part of Qorvo’s largest business transformation initiative. **Responsibilities / Accountabilities**: - Work closely with business partners to understand their requirements and provide solution options with best practices from the high-tech industry solutions in Sap ECC, Vistex, S/4 Hana - Reviewing and documenting business capability needs and creating solution recommendations with demonstrated ability in employing frameworks and structured approaches, with the ability of breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces - Translates non-functional and functional requirements into end-to-end either transactional or analytical solution design - Leading and deploying out of box solutions options over customized solutions - Champions BDAT methodology (Business Process > DATA> Application > Technology) and drives standard out of box COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) system options - Working knowledge on business process standards (APQC, SCOR etc..) along with an enterprise BPM tool like Signavio Process modeling - Collaborate with Global IT teams to support the system changes **Requirements**: - Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business - 10+ years of cumulative work experience in SAP Quote to Cash, Logistics Execution, Inter-company, Advance ATP, EDI, Global Trade, Warehouse management, Vistex championing complex configuration based solutions to the business requirements - Minimum 2 Greenfield Sap S/4 HANA implementation for a large global organization - Solid experience with IT processes related to Change management, Release Management and SDLC - Experience designing solutions leveraging SAP business technology platform(BTP) and Fiori apps is a huge plus - Hands-on integration experience with industry best practices between SAP S/4 Hana to other connected systems like Sales force, MES etc - Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms - Excellent troubleshooting skills in a support and project-based work environment - Broad and deep experience in SAP Logistics execution, B2B interfaces with customers interaction and designing automated different B2B messages. - Understanding user experience with BTP or Fiori apps is a plus **_#LI-MC1_** MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO We are Qorvo.
