This Senior IT Business Process Analyst role sits within the Enterprise System Management & IT Asset Management team (ESM), under the broader End User Productivity (EUP) umbrella.

As a member of the Enterprise System Management & IT Asset Management team, you will:

- Manage, track, and optimize ESM’s small internal projects.
- Create, define, and improve internal ESM processes.
- Create Reports / Dashboards & automate the same
- Identify, define, measure, report & improve KPI’s for in-scope processes
- Brief Sr Management Stakeholders
- Utilizing your software licensing expertise by tracking, ensuring compliance, cost savings, risk mitigation
- Gather, compile data to represent IT Software positions for internal and external audits
- Interpret software contracts and entitlements
- Support software audit mitigation
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, completeness of processes, metrics and reporting to support license positions.
- Report on data accuracy in ServiceNow CMDB and Asset records
- This includes identifying saving opportunities through software re-harvesting and license optimization and working with Product Owner to execute the same
- Identifying risks, savings opportunities for renewals, and harvest potential
- Strategies to address risks / opportunities

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- 3+ Years’ experience working with IT Asset Management
- 2+ Years’ experience working with IT System Management
- Solid experience using ServiceNow
- Familiarity with SCCM, JAMF and ServiceNow data
- Experience using procurement tools, such as Ariba, SAP
- Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions
- Experience with the following Publishers a plus: SAP, Microsoft, VMware, Adobe, Oracle, RedHat, IBM
- Review & define processes and business requirements for automation & service improvements
- Identify, define, measure, report & improve KPI’s for in-scope publisher/title(s).
- Strong analytical & communication skills to prepare & present periodic accurate internal reporting around complete license position & related analysis for in-scope SW Publishers on a periodic basis
- Manage & execute required processes & reporting for renewals, true-ups, certifications & audits by collaborating with various internal & external stakeholders as needed
- Ability to partner & collaborate with multiple key internal & external stakeholders, including Procurement, Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Vendor Mgmt, IT Asset Mgmt, Product Owners (Software Owners), Architects, Administrators, Engineers, to help collect, organize, and obtain critical information required for the management of software assets
- Be a strong team player, collaborate effectively with the SAM Technical Platform support & Operations team, to define, document & agree on SAM data requirements across the software lifecycle for automation and software license optimization
- Familiarity with hardware technology and configurations include program including creating documentation and conducting training
- Successful Software licensing audit defense from large technology vendors
- Understand basic IT components (infrastructure, software, PCs, Databases) and how they interact
- Knowledge of product use rights for key publishers such as Oracle, Microsoft, Adobe, SAP, IBM etc.
- Experience with SAM technologies offered by vendors such as ServiceNow
- Familiarity with hardware technology and configurations including cloud/virtualization technologies (VMware, AWS etc.)

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Reporting skills, such as SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau highly desirable
- CSAM / ITAM Certification a plus
- ServiceNow Training
- Cloud Practitioner Certification is a plus
- Project Mgmt. experience a plus
- SQL - Basic a must, Intermediate/Advanced a big plus
- SaaS, Amazon, Google, Azure, and experience with other cloud technologies a plus
