**About the Role**:
Due to the rapid growth and expansion of the Asia Pacific (APAC) business, Resource Solutions (RS) is currently seeking a HR Advisor (HRA).

Reporting to the APAC HRBP, the HRA will work together with regional HR to administer HR related documentation across the region

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with regional HR, business support, APAC CMT and onsite teams in making sure all HR administration procedures and policies are followed
- Responsible for maintaining accurate HR records of employees in APAC in a timely manner
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding of employees in APAC
- Probation review management
- Manage salary benchmarking, salary proposals, annual salary review and bonus exercise
- Develop & align HR procedures and policies across the region
- Prepare and analyse HR data / reporting such as attrition report

**Who you are**:
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines or
- With 5 - 6 years of relevant work experience with exposure to different markets in APAC
- Has experiences with HR Operations, Recruitment and C&B function
- CEI certified will be an added advantage

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Time and priority management skills
