Singapore Ng Teng Fong General Hospital Full time

As part of the Medical Affairs (Patient Safety) team, the incumbent will support the Vice Chairman, Medical Board (Clinical Risk Management and Clinical Quality), Patient Safety Officers (PSO), and Director, Clinical Projects (Medical Affairs) in implementing patient safety programmes aimed at improving clinical quality, thereby enhancing safe, accessible, appropriate and efficient clinical care across JurongHealth Campus.

**Key accountabilities**
- Work with PSOs to implement programmes and activities on patient safety
- Assist PSOs in endeavours to achieve international patient safety goals for the hospital
- Editorial for patient safety publications
- Secretariat role for Quality Assurance Committees (QACs)

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years working experience, preferably in healthcare. Fresh graduates interested in pursuing a career in healthcare are welcomed to apply.
- Team player with excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise projects to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Additional skillsets that will be advantageous:

- Editorial experience
- Working knowledge of Canva graphic design tool
